Description

Our company currently drives over $300MM per year in revenue via our wholly owned, e-commerce and online gaming brands, and we are scaling that up by 3x in the next twelve months.

Our company and office in Toronto are new.

Beyond Toronto, we are a four year old organisation, have three locations in the US, one in Spain, one in Costa Rica, employ over 75 full time employees, and over 60 contractors.

We are a work from work company, and in Toronto, our office is downtown at 130 King Street West on the 25th floor.

As a Senior HR Manager, you should have experience with the following:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Indepth knowledge of labor law
