You will have the opportunity to work with a specialized team of two to three people in very similar roles.

You will help maintain and improve detailed processes related to the management of Ivanhoé Cambridge's banking records.

This key responsibility is not only an operational necessity, but it is also critical to the Company's internal controls and the integrity of our banking systems.


  • Main responsibilities include the following:_
  • Analyze and coordinate requests to open and close bank accounts: search for information in various systems and through colleagues in other departments, and compile the results;
  • Ensure the required documentation is constantly updated in a structured, orderly way;
  • Respond to various regulatory or administrative enquiries related to banking operations, including KYC procedures;
  • Handle requests related to various functions, including those related to audits or specific needs;
  • Manage the letter of credit program;
  • Participate in various initiatives and team projects;
  • Actively contribute to achieving team objectives;
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The toolbox we are looking for :

  • Any combination of education and relevant experience will be considered (treasury, legal and/or documentation would be an asset);
  • Experience in a similar position, a significant asset;
  • Enjoy working as part of a team;
  • Able to set and manage priorities;
  • Selfstarter with a strong sense of initiative;
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and upholding best practices;
  • Appreciation for highly structured, highly detailed work;
  • Enthusiasm in communicating ideas.
