TL Housing Solutions is a developer/builder specializing in both timber frame, and high rises construction. We provide turn-key project management and design-build services on a fee for service basis.

General Duties & Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Resolving quality control issues while adhering to deadlines
Paint touchups & small drywall repairs

- appliance & cabinet adjustments

Caulking & cleaning
Assist with all aspects of the finishing construction process

- laboring as required, both hands-on deficiency list completion and coordinating

Re:
tracking deficiencies and coordinating with trade foremen

Finishing to project specific specifications
Perform other activities on construction sites, as directed by supervisors

Skills and Requirements:

Knowledge and experience working in timber frame and high rise construction is an asset but not required
Knowledge of various tools and equipment as well as materials and methods of construction is an asset
Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and work independently
A high commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
Able to ffectively communicate with all types of staff, including laborers, technical, professional, and upper magement
Commitment to working in a team environment, with established team building abilities;
Strong communication, leadership, integration, problemsolving and interpersonal skills;
Must have own steel toe boots
Wages are ultimately determined by skill level, competitive wages and benefit packages available for hourly workers
