We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course
Experience with IT Service Management and/or Site Reliability Engineering practices
Asset Azure or Cloud experience
Passion to learn new technologies, tools and platforms (Dynatrace, New Relic)
Capable of using Excel or PowerBI in data gathering and analytical/problem solving
Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical concepts
Timemanagement and prioritization skills
Collaborative attitude
Continuous learning from both successes and failures.
Good organizational and creative problemsolving abilities
Familiar with scripting languages a plus
Familiar with ITIL, SDLC and Compliance.
Finds their own way in tutorials and documentation
SQL knowledge
SFTP experience
Servers/network/cloud standard knowledge.
Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
Can work with mínimal direction.
