Maintain and update sales master list for tracking the business lead progress & prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management.

Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time and provide management feedback on opportunities, sales pipeline, and any revenue forecast.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline and tracking progress and performance in a CRM system.
Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
One year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Conducting market research to identify current trends, customer needs, and competition.
Excellent analytical and timemanagement skills.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Preferably a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of progressive sales experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Qualifications:

2. 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and develop effective solutions.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
