Human Resources Advisor - Anticipatory:

The Human Resources and Facilities Management Branch is looking for a Human Resources Advisor for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as an RÉ-04 ($59,364 to $75,591 per annum).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partnerships, you will be responsible for ensuring that the NCC meets its staffing requests by providing support to the Senior Human Resources Advisors and hiring managers.

You will be responsible for coordinating the staffing process (tests, interviews), second language assessments, security requests with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will provide administrative support in recruitment, staffing and classification.

You will also be the superuser of the applicant tracking system as well as being the lead of the Student program.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION:
Post-secondary diploma in office management or in a related discipline relevant to the position.


EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two (2) year experience in each of the following criteria:

  • Coordinating staffing process and supporting a team of HR Professionals; and

KNOWLEDGE

  • MS Office tools.
  • Staffing process.

ABILITIES
