The Talent Management Advisor is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, striving to ensure timely, quality results for all clients while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant University policies, collective agreements and government legislation.
Qualifications Required:
I
EDUCATION:
- University degree in a relevant field of study; completion of (or working towards)
- Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRP), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
II
EXPERIENCE:
- Three years' experience managing fullcycle recruitment.
- Experience writing clear and compelling job advertisements, effective interview questions, and devising testing materials. A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing professional relationships at all levels required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
- Professional and polished presenter, with exceptional oral, written communication and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high quality work while managing frequent workload changes and competing deadlines.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills and problemsolving aptitude.
- Highly detailoriented, selfdirected and a motivated team player.
- Perform repetitive work according to set procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and be adaptable and flexible.
- Must have an excellent client service orientation and demonstrate initiative, diplomacy and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a consultative team environment and independently.
