The Talent Management Advisor is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, striving to ensure timely, quality results for all clients while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant University policies, collective agreements and government legislation.

Qualifications Required:

I

EDUCATION:

University degree in a relevant field of study; completion of (or working towards)
Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRP), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

II

EXPERIENCE:

Three years' experience managing fullcycle recruitment.
Experience writing clear and compelling job advertisements, effective interview questions, and devising testing materials. A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing professional relationships at all levels required.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
Professional and polished presenter, with exceptional oral, written communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high quality work while managing frequent workload changes and competing deadlines.
Strong relationship management and networking skills.
Strong decisionmaking skills and problemsolving aptitude.
Highly detailoriented, selfdirected and a motivated team player.
Perform repetitive work according to set procedures.
Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and be adaptable and flexible.
Must have an excellent client service orientation and demonstrate initiative, diplomacy and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a consultative team environment and independently.

Experience recruiting in a unionized environment.
Experience working with human resource information systems (HRIS)
