The Talent Management Advisor is expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, striving to ensure timely, quality results for all clients while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant University policies, collective agreements and government legislation.


Qualifications Required:

EDUCATION:


  • University degree in a relevant field of study; completion of (or working towards)
  • Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRP), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:


  • Three years' experience managing fullcycle recruitment.
  • Experience writing clear and compelling job advertisements, effective interview questions, and devising testing materials. A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing professional relationships at all levels required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
  • Professional and polished presenter, with exceptional oral, written communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills and the ability to deliver high quality work while managing frequent workload changes and competing deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and problemsolving aptitude.
  • Highly detailoriented, selfdirected and a motivated team player.
  • Perform repetitive work according to set procedures.
  • Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and be adaptable and flexible.
  • Must have an excellent client service orientation and demonstrate initiative, diplomacy and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a consultative team environment and independently.

  • Experience working with human resource information systems (HRIS)
