Days Inn Brantford is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual that works well under pressure in a changing environment for the position of Night Audit Supervisor.

Night Auditors tend to all guests needs including making reservations, assisting with directions and activities in the area.

This position also involves cleaning the lobby, flipping/folding laundry, stocking the housekeeping carts and ensuring the building is in immaculate condition.

The Night Auditor is also responsible for running the nightly audit, creating daily financial reports and preparing all arrivals for the next day.

The Night Audit Supervisor will assist in covering shifts when needed and may be provided additional tasks by Management.

This individual must provide happy, professional service to all of our guests. Having experience in the customer service field is a strong asset. He/she must be dedicated to ensuring all policies and procedures of the hotel are followed.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic computer skills; experience with Excel and basic accounting principles
Excellent communication skills, written and oral fluency in English
Ability to work and problem solve with mínimal supervision
Able to stand for an 8 hour shift
Able to work days, afternoons, evenings, overnights including weekends and holidays
Be wellgroomed and professional at all times

Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time

From $15.50 per hour
