Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team.

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform various machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:


  • Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines is required
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with milling machine and press brake machine operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of logic controllers and programming is preferred
  • Ability to weld or fabricate parts is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
