The officer, corporate partnership plays a key role in stewarding Habitat Canada's partnerships through the day-to-day management of the organization's national partner engagement program, engaging corporate partners and their employees in Habitat for Humanity's mission and work through Habitat Build Days, ReStore Days and various other engagement opportunities.


Your Impact


As a valued member of our team, you will help advance our strategy and mission of helping more families to secure safe and affordable homes.


Your major functions will include:

Scheduling

  • Coordinate with partners and staff from local Habitats to schedule and manage registration of engagement opportunities. Striving for accuracy, consistency, and a high level of customer service.
  • Manage the internal engagement program tracking system and VolunteerHub platform.

Reporting

  • Work with local Habitat staff across the country to collect information on engagement opportunities.
  • Report on engagement opportunity KPIs, including but not limited to number and type of engagements, participant numbers, volunteer hours, and associated revenue.
  • Manage the participant experience survey including the collection, analysis, and communication of results.
  • Keep the fundraising team up to date on the progress of partner engagement.

Partner Stewardship

  • Fulfill the benefits and recognition opportunities associated with the national partner engagement program.
  • Work closely with local Habitat staff to fulfill local recognition opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Establish strong and trusting relationships with Habitat Canada's corporate partners and local Habitat staff through consistent, transparent, and reliable communication.

Qualifications:

years of previous work experience in the field of donor engagement, donor stewardship, administrative support, or account management.

  • Demonstrated record of problemsolving and prioritysetting in a fast paced, complex, and evolving environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in a nonprofit environment is an asset.
  • Experience using VolunteerHub volunteer management software is an asset.
  • High school diploma

  • Effective at developing positive internal stakeholder relations including the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to effectively develop strong crossfunctional partnerships, evidenced by a track record of teamwork and collegiality.

Salary Range:
$48,000 - $55,000**Throughout your interview process, we'll learn more about your skills and experience and determine your starting salary based on what you bring to the team.
