Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

- **Conversion Communication Coordination**:responsible for CRM response management and outbound personalized recruitment and conversion activities. Working with the Domestic Recruitment and Entry Advising teams, the incumbent is responsible for developing personalized conversion communications for prospective students that leverage the Salesforce CRM. The incumbent builds Salesforce reports and leverages the analytics to measure the success of the efforts.

Domestic Recruitment Events Coordination: takes a leading role with the coordination of key recruitment events, including, but not limited to Open Houses, Ontario College Fair, and other recruitment events throughout the year.

Temporary Staff Coordinator: overseeing the coordination of hiring, onboarding, and training of coop student and work study student staff, with the focus on identifying top talent to represent George Brown to prospective students.

Academic Recruitment: responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating recruitment opportunities with academic divisions and targeted recruitment areas, while consulting with academic divisions to identify strategic recruitment relationships and initiatives to support Strategy 202-
Data Analysis and Reporting:defines, recommends and creates reports to measure efficacy of current communication tactics and identify opportunities to optimize domestic recruitment and Entry Advising engagement, activities and initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements:


  • Threeyear Diploma or degree from a recognized postsecondary institution in Business, Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in recruiting, admissions, student service, or sales/marketing, preferably in a postsecondary education setting.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technologies.
  • Experience developing, executing, and evaluating recruitment strategies.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships and engaging/influencing groups and individuals with varying interests.
  • Familiarity and proficiency working with a variety of college provided tools, software, and digital components.
  • Experience with the delivery and support of medium/largescale events and experience coordinating volunteers during events.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario college system/structure and the Ontario high school system is an asset.

Skills and Attributes:


  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and independence.
  • Able to lift between 20 kg or 44 lbs (i.e., boxes, event signage, etc.).
  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills at a professional level.
  • Demonstrated commitment to uphold the College's priorities on diversity and equity.

Interview process may consist of a practical skills component.
