    Senior Administrative Assistant - Québec City, Canada - IG Wealth Management

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide senior level administrative support services to the Vice President—Corporate Channel.
    • Maintain appointment schedules, coordinate meetings (in person or virtual), and manage email inbox.
    • Proactively monitor calendar, provide support and act as a resource on assignments.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Support sales, process, marketing, and administrative tasks for the RVP and the entire region.
    • Assist with technology support, BYOD-related issues, Help Desk escalations, and general inquiries.
    • Help execute region client acquisition events and business development strategies.
    • Develop a strong working knowledge of Advisor Portal and run reports on Consultant and Region activity.
    • Collaborate with Corporate Channel leadership employees and Consultants across multiple locations.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Business Administration Diploma or relevant business discipline Postsecondary degree.
    • Possess a minimum of 5+ years administrative experience, preferably in sales or financial services.
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and excel in interpersonal interactions.
    • Be service-oriented with strong relationship management abilities.
    • Work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Handle confidential information professionally and tactfully.
    • Possess exceptional technology skills, with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
    • Be flexible, adaptable to changing environments, and excel in organizational and multitasking skills.
