Responsibilities:


  • Must be able to drive company car to deliver meat
  • Cut, bone, trim meat
  • Work in the warehouse
  • Maintain and clean the cutting room including equipment to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Cutting meat with knives and meat slicer
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Sell meats to customers

Equipment and machinery experience

  • Manual cutting utensil
  • Slicing machine

Requirments:


  • Must know how to use slicing machine
  • Must have G drivers licences
  • Must be punctual and honest

Hours:

Tuesday to Saturday (5 days a week) 9:00 am

  • 5:00pm

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
