We are looking for an
Equipment Leasing Fulfillment Officer to join our team.

You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • You have direct ownership of your files and will be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.
  • Manage Broker relationships with an emphasis on service.
  • Audit all assigned documentation packages promptly to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy and procedures, including compliance with individual broker rate cards.
  • Complete audit calls to verify lease information.
  • Register security under PPSA to ensure perfection. Conduct searches and obtain waivers where required.
  • Complete the funding checklist with accuracy to ensure the correct transfer of information to the accounting department.
  • Followup, both internal and external, on deficiencies and provide ongoing status updates on funding within prescribed deadlines.
  • Problemsolving and tactfully handling challenging interactions with Brokers. By efficiently deescalating complaints from brokers and internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity always.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and execute in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong written and oral communicator
  • Personable and professional
  • Successfully adapts to changing situations
  • Works independently within the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • University degree or equivalent
