Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to tackle a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

You will be vital in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and successfully in support of our rapidly growing company.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide Secretarial and clerical support
  • Manage multiline phone systems and public address systems
  • Answer electronic enquiries,
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems,
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information,

Qualifications:


  • Friendly, professional, and a great communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
