Service Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Implementing all systems, procedures and processes
  • Maintaining high profitability in all areas
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
  • Tracking performance of Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Attaining department objectives
  • Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profits and expense objectives

Qualifications:


  • Superior customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Reynolds/CDK software
  • 5 years of Automotive experience required
  • 3 years of Service Managerial experience required
