Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced, enthusiastic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

This is a critical leadership role that requires exceptional financial acumen, business insight, and strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking at the executive level
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Lead the treasury function, including cash management, investments, and risk management
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive business development initiatives through financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, lenders, and auditors
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and account management
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience in financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
