The team you'll be part of:

Network Infrastructure - NI Services Transformation Team

What you will learn and contribute to:

  • Maintain the NI Services BU Sharepoint Site
  • Support the department governance, by assisting with organizing regular meetings, storing information and maintaining the archive
  • Ensure mode of operation and organizational structure remain updated
  • Collect feedback and propose improvements
  • Assist in the creation of visualizations for a wide range of purposes, such as reports/dashboards, metrics, charts, software stream relationships & work
- flow diagrams

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to work across different Nokia business functions to facilitate collection and / or access to data repositories

Education Recommendations

  • Enrolled in accredited Canada College or University pursuing a STEM related undergrad degree (examples: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering

You have:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience in creating, editing and posting of blog content
  • A creative mindset
  • Structured approach to work, delivering on plan and commitments
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint concept and usage of social communication tools
