The team you'll be part of:

Network Infrastructure - NI Services Transformation Team

What you will learn and contribute to:

Maintain the NI Services BU Sharepoint Site
Support the department governance, by assisting with organizing regular meetings, storing information and maintaining the archive
Ensure mode of operation and organizational structure remain updated
Collect feedback and propose improvements
Assist in the creation of visualizations for a wide range of purposes, such as reports/dashboards, metrics, charts, software stream relationships & work

- flow diagrams

Collaborate with various stakeholders to work across different Nokia business functions to facilitate collection and / or access to data repositories

Education Recommendations

Enrolled in accredited Canada College or University pursuing a STEM related undergrad degree (examples: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering

You have:

Effective communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office
PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience in creating, editing and posting of blog content
A creative mindset
Structured approach to work, delivering on plan and commitments
Knowledge of Sharepoint concept and usage of social communication tools
