    Northwestel is hiring a creative Marketing Manager to join the team As a Marketing Manager, you will create campaigns that tell northern stories and connect our customers to innovative communications solutions.

    The Marketing Manager works with our digital platforms to create optimal user journeys and engaging e-mail marketing campaigns.

    This position requires a person that is detail-oriented, a fast learner and can manage priorities and deadlines for multiple projects at once.

    The Marketing Team develops strategy and manages the implementation of marketing and communications campaign to help business and consumer segments meet objectives.

    The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications and will work cross-functionally with partners throughout the organization including: Product Management, Sales/Support Channels, Customer Intelligence as well as Legal and Field teams.

    The Marketing Manager will be passionate about learning, delivering against results and will possess strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking and tactical skills.

    The Marketing Manager will lead the development, implementation, and analysis of end-of-end marketing campaigns.

    Includes campaigns across all channels and tactics including direct mail, outbound telemarketing, digital marketing, retail, door to door, plus various grassroots activities leveraging the entire product/services portfolios.

    Manage and/or support marketing programs:
    Interpret marketing and customer data to identify opportunities to grow Northwestel product market share and improve customer experience
    Develop creative assets internally or through agencies

    Work cross-functionally with Offer and Pricing, Customer Intelligence, Channels and Marketing Communications and Agency teams to bring campaigns to market.

    Manage projects involving social media, digital platforms, employee engagement, and community engagement.
    Weekly, ad hoc and post mortem campaign results analysis
    Some evening and week-end work required.

    The Marketing Manager must work with various individuals and departments throughout the organization, as well as agencies, to ensure business objectives are realized, and to ensure that our retail, sales, customer services, field, and operational support channels are properly positioned to satisfy customers and deal with competition.

    This position requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Creative fields (Business, Marketing, Communications, Creative or Web Design/Development) combined with a minimum of three years marketing experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    Experience working with or in digital teams, external advertising or creative agencies etc.
    Creative and design focused.
    Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Keen interest in communications technology (including Internet and Video), and the flexibility to respond to rapid changes in the market.

    The Marketing Manager works closely with Legal and Regulatory groups at Bell, Agency partners for digital and creative services, local photographers, videographers, and event partners.

    Internal contacts include executives and managers across the consolidated company to discuss and evaluate potential new segment strategies, opportunities, and to share learnings.

    This position has contact with several departments such as Product, Retail, Design and Implementation, Planning, all Customer Experience groups, etc.

    The Marketing Manager must be able to work in a high degree of ambiguity to develop marketing strategies to ensure segment targets are achieved.

    This position works in a typical office environment with regular visits to channel environments.
