Job Requirements:

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments in completion of First-Off, In-Process, and Final inspections together with ISO Documentation Checks.
Completes mechanical inspections utilizing a variety of measuring equipment.
Validated performance and proficiency in CMM programming and operation with MCOSMOS.
Prepares inspection reports and issues final release of documents and parts.
Utilizes Lean Principles with a Continuous Improvement mindset in daily duties.
Presents a wellorganized, systems thinking approach.
Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
Follows safe work practices at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned
Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).

This role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience and 5yrs current work history with Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, N299). Requires proven effectiveness in customer/sub-contractor communications/interactions. Shifts are 44-hours through weekdays with monthly shift rotation and potential OT from time to time. Must have means for travel when/as needed for Customer Audits.
