EDUCATION
Completion of a two year post-secondary diploma (or three year Cegep diploma) with specialization in one of the following areas: social work, behavioural science technology, social services work, mental health, addictions, psycho education; or in a field related to the duties of the position.

EXPERIENCE
Experience working with inmates with mental health needs
Experience working with Indigenous inmates or inmates from other ethonocultural groups
Experience working with offenders in a correctional environment (institutional or community)
Experience working with individuals who are at risk for self-injurious or suicidal behavior
