Job Details / Responsibilities:
- Experience in New/Re-Roof/Waterproofing
- Prepare accurate estimates and takeoffs of materials, labour and equipment for roofing projects based on tender drawings and specifications.
- Liase with building owners, consultants, general contractors and suppliers
- Support project management team in troubleshooting matters with client related to contract discrepancies that may arise after contract signing including extra claims.
- Manage and work closely with Ownership in special projects, including representing ownership as it may be required.
- Review contracts, quotations and CCDC documents
- Examine drawings for conformity and errors
- Ensuring pricing consistency by maintaining historical information on quoted and completed projects
- Identifies labor, materials, and time requirements by studying proposals, Blueprints
- Research materials, costs, secure contracts with suppliers as it may be required for projects and requested by the employer.
- Experience with ICI, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional flat roofing
- Perform other duties as required
