Position Summary:

The REX Sales Performance & Data Operations Specialist maximizes Amplifon Canada's sales performance and productivity(e.g., close rate, show rate, saturation) while ensuring full control of the most relevant business KPIs.

This person will drive commercial actions by managing the adoption and roll-out of innovative and effective data tools and sales processes (e.g. ME360) to ensure we successfully achieve company targets.

They oversee constant monitoring of performance results within their business unit and provide feedback to their sales and retail teams to support continuous improvement.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor sales trends against budget and forecasts
  • Partner with the sales team, keeping them updated on untapped opportunities or critical issues
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to store performance and appointments; both in terms of quantity and quality, to guarantee the right traffic in the shop along with a sufficient show rate
  • Keep track and analyze all main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, binorate, opportunities, etc., aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
  • Partner with Sales Team to support them in defining an action plan based on monthly business insights and future trends.
  • Manage and monitor innovation project rollouts; from pilot phase to a BAU activities.
  • Guarantee the implementation and adoption of Global/Region processes/tools and KPIs ensuring the right focus, proper training, and commitment

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as economics, finance, engineering or statistics required; Master's degree preferred
  • Expertise in management of complex data structures and inclination to data analysis
  • Expertise in sales or account management roles; retail experience will be considered a plus.
  • Project management experience especially in sales and marketing areas
  • Experience building and enhancing data infrastructure
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating it to larger audience
  • Knowledge of Power Bi or Tableau

  • Ability to focus on details without losing sight of the big picture.

Required proficiency with tools:


  • PowerBi or Tableau

Physical/Mental Demands:


  • Prolonged sitting and focused work on a computer up to 8 hours a day
  • High levels of concentration for consecutive hours in an office environment.
  • Travel up to 15%, if needed
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment based out of our Mississauga, ON office
