Position Summary:

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in soliciting, developing, maintaining, and negotiating business from both new and existing accounts, with a primary focus on achieving defined goals and targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactively solicit and qualify existing and new business to meet personal and hotel revenue goals.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and action plans, actively participating in regular sales meetings.
Exhibit selfmotivation, decisiveness, responsibility, and a driven mindset to attain set goals.
Promptly handle proposals, contracts, and other salesrelated correspondence.
Confirm all bookings, and negotiate rates, adhering strictly to the hotel's rate structure, credit policies, and overall procedures.
Maintain an uptodate, accurate client file, along with a accurately organized database and tracking system.
Demonstrate flexibility for workrelated travel, including potential overnight stays for trade shows and events.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Education/Experience/Strengths

Possess a diploma or degree in Business or Sales & Marketing (preferred).
Hold a valid driver's license for travel requirements.
Showcase strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and experience with OPERA and Delphi.
