Operations Manager based in Kerwood, Ontario.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Supervise the daily operations of the grain elevator and crop inputs facility.
Act as the primary resource / contact for the facility in the movement of grain and crop input logistics.
Manage quality control, blending of grain, and crop input inventories.
Oversee the regular maintenance and repair of facility equipment.
Oversee food safety compliance, including safety training and related documentation for all staff.
35 years' experience in the operation of a grain facility including the shipping, receiving, collecting, and grading of grain samples, customer service and mechanical repairs OR,
35 years' experience in the operation of a crop inputs service location, including logistics, inventory management and seasonal operations.
Previous experience supervising employees is preferred.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize key tasks based on seasonal requirements and customer demands.
Must be competent in using Microsoft Office and other grain specific electronic systems for the tracking and movement of grain.
