Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Form Setter to join our team.

As a Concrete Form Setter, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete installation and maintenance.

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work with heavy materials and operate power tools.

Responsibilities:

*Assist with concrete forming and pouring
*Prepare worksites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up necessary equipment
*Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish concrete
*Assist with the installation of rebar and other reinforcement materials
*Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed
*Operate heavy machinery such as concrete mixers or pumps under supervision
*Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

*Forming concrete curbs and sidewalk

*Retaining walls / steps/ flatwork

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in concrete forming
Minimum of 1 year experience in concrete
Able to read blue prints
Experience in concrete forming and installation
Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools
Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
Familiarity with carpentry techniques for constructing forms
Knowledge of welding techniques for reinforcing structures is a plus
