Covering over 450,000 sqf, this unparalleled building utilizes the newest technology including a District Energy Plant, enabling passive heating and cooling using sea water and active chilled beam technology.

We are presently seeking a
Full-Time
Loading Bay Attendant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Property Manager, the role will assist with all deliveries made to the Queen's Marque district.
Flexibility in working a variety of days, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts will be considered an asset.

The Loading Bay Attendant will manage all shipping and receiving; coordinating and scheduling deliveries to the loading dock, verifying that goods are received in undamaged condition, and signing for deliveries.

The Attendant will maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure proper storage of goods, lending support to building maintenance and residential concierge teams as needed.


Successful applicants will ideally have experience in a distribution centre setting, preferably as a shipper or receiver, with a demonstrated ability for attention to detail.

Applicants must be physically able to complete repeated and continued movements of the upper body. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and bend for extended periods will be required.
