Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Team to establish and maintain QMS, while driving continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Obtain and maintain certifications regulatory licenses (NAID, PRISM, ISO, MDEL, etc)
- Direct and develop QM strategies, surveillance, discipline, and framework
- Complete internal and external quality/regulatory audits, including regular risk assessments
- Review internal/external claims identifying root causes and lead the development and implementation of corrective action plans in conjunction with the Quality Management Manager and the Operations team.
- Design, manage, control, and maintain an accurate and complete documentation system in the area of Quality
- Ensure the health and safety and reinstate safe work practices and processes
- Effectively coordinate and support workforce including training, coaching and discipline
- Contribute to department budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to departmental goals in support of company objectives
- Ensure company policies and procedures are always followed
- Acts as company quality representative in customer visits
- Regularly monitor, report and communicate project progress. Provides verbal and written reports as requested
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years of related experience with demonstrated ability of establishing and managing QMS, SOPs, compliance, and regulations
- Ability to lead a small team or group
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Multitask oriented, efficient, and attentiontodetail
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Ability to travel as business requires
