In this assignment of Growth Manager and under the supervision of the Senior Growth Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute plans to expand reach to consumers through current (online) and undeveloped channels such as: television, traditional, and others.
  • Identify and generate plans for new marketing opportunities, including proposing budget, targeting, asset requirements, and thresholds for success
  • Recommend tactical changes in business processes to senior management based on shifting landscape and new platform opportunities.
  • Monitor and target key consumers and persona groups per product segment, ensure channel tactics are tailored to address groups.
  • Establish performance benchmarks per product category and advertising channel, to ensure program efficiency
  • Support in the development of consumer retention tactics to uphold customer lifetime value.
  • Responsible for the following aspects of the Marketing Budget:
  • Reporting results vs. budget for senior management on a monthly cadence.
  • Adjust budget and reporting based on results, and propose long term changes to Leadership Team

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in Paid Media, such as: Google Ads, Facebook/IG, Tik Tok, and programmatic advertising
  • A natural storyteller who can leverage and present data to influence internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and extract insight from Sales, MKTG and consumer research datasets
  • Highly proficient in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data studio, or Looker
  • Advanced experience with Website Analytics tooling such as GA, Heap, or Mixpanel
  • An understanding of the set up and technical needs for setting up digital ad campaigns (i.e. pixels, manager accounts, permission settings for agency support, media buys for traditional placements for print & radio, etc)
  • Experience with OutofHome or Traditional adverting an asset
  • Highly effective communication and time management skills
  • Strong collaborator, yet able to work independently and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
  • Certified in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint an asset
