Job Description:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with head offices of the various mechanic and tire banners based in Ontario
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the various automobile dealer associations in Ontario
  • Prepare an annual strategic plan in line with corporate objectives, develop strategies and create an action plan
  • Set service objectives and sales development objectives for major accounts
  • Identify optimization or organic growth possibilities with business partners and customers
  • Ensure excellent business relations with our customers and partners
  • In collaboration with Sales Managers, identify customers' needs and develop sales, service and operational strategies that enable us to offer unbeatable customer service
  • Negotiate contracts, complete business opportunities and finalize agreements
  • Present midyear and annual reviews to major accounts customers
  • Serve as a resource person for problem resolution
  • When necessary, assist the sales force in their sales process with customers by guiding them in the presentation of major accounts agreements, customercentric approach, sales pitch and choice of solutions
  • Optimize internal and external business processes by defining effective work tools to increase the operational efficiency of major accounts
  • Communicate major accounts activities to the various internal departments
  • Develop marketing plans for new agreements or modifications of major accounts agreements
  • Manage customer enrolments and cancellations for different programs

Other tasks:


  • Export, analyze and interpret data from various sources
  • Create and update various tools (promotions, business reviews, earnings potential, calculation tools, etc.)
  • Develop and implement projects (data analysis, monitoring, price discounts)
  • Ensure close collaboration with the various major accounts and manufacturers to create their media campaigns
  • Collaborate with graphic designer for the creation and production of promotional materials

Qualifications:


  • Academic background: bachelor's degree (Marketing/Sales or Administration)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in major accounts business development
  • Bilingualism
  • Ontheroad sales experience (essential)
  • Proven expertise in strategic sales and winwin negotiation for developing longterm partnerships
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relations at all levels of the organization, including executive level of potential and existing customers
  • Strong leadership
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Business acumen and resultsoriented approach
  • Good listening skills and customer service ethic
  • Thoroughness in identifying the right opportunities and in monitoring your files
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Good comfort level with required technologies: MS Office, PowerPoint and CRM
