What is the opportunity?
Provide Operational Support, acting as the centre of expertise for the Private Banking Regional teams supporting employee onboarding, technology escalations, equipment and access management,


What will you do?

  • With Partners supports and ensures employees new to Private Banking are onboarding in a timeline and complete manner
  • Acts as the lead for regional team escalations, as it applies to Softphones, technology, premises issues.
  • Proactively identifies and applies a continuousimprovement approach to achieving superior client experience aligning with efficient and effective processes.
  • Ensure GL, Sundry loses, operational risk reports are completed and resolved in a timely matter
