Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will produce well-researched marketing initiatives and report on campaigns. This role will assist with the development and execution of content from initial concept to publication and promotion.


Essential Functions/Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

  • Assist with copy for webinars and customer stories
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Contribute to the marketing calendar through content, event ideas, and new channels
  • Develop familiarity with the company's brand image, products, and services
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
  • 24 years of inhouse marketing experience
  • Proven record of excellent project management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Experience with Google Analytics and HubSpot is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of webinar best practices is preferred
  • Experience in the games industry is a plus
