Fix Network is looking for someone to fill our
Social Media and Website Specialist role.
The
Social Media and Website Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and advising the social media and digital businesses/brands across all relevant channels.
If you are dynamic, well organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial world, we are looking for a person like you.
Your responsibilities as a Social Media and Website Specialist at Fix Network;:
- Handling online reputation management across digital channels by monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and reviews on all digital channels; liaising with Customer Service team and regional marketing managers when required.
- Utilizing and sharing expertise in social media platforms by maintaining and building a strong online company voice.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new shop locations onto all required digital platforms and websites.
- Supporting Regional Marketing team in implementing local campaigns on social media channels.
- Creating engaging and creative social media content.
- Generating social media reports.
- Supporting Website and Digital Content manager in managing and maintaining corporate websites including being the first point of contact for website changes.
- Writing website copy, blogs and other communications
- Ability to provide effective customerservice and to actively listen and appropriately respond to colleagues, stakeholders, and supervisor needs/requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Business platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- 2 years of experience working in social media/digital marketing or communications role.
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is an asset.
