    Iris's direct client, one of the Canada's Top 5 financial institutions, is looking to hire a Sr Core Java Developer for a long contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. Please apply with your most recent resume if you would be interested..

    Role: Senior Java Developer(with Big Data Experience)

    Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position – 3 Days in office every week)

    Duration: Long Term Contract (Open ended SoW)

    Must-Have:

    • Need 9 – 10+ years of development experience using Core Java, Spring framework, Microservices, etc.
    • Must have experience in Regex or Perl Scripting.
    • SQL (Sybase or Snowflake will also be considered)
    • Big Data/Spark
    • Hands on experience working with container based technologies like docker, kubernetes
    • Experience with bigdata and cloud based technologies
    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodology

    Nice to have skills:

    • Experience working on Modern technologies - cloud/Kubernetes, GenAI/LLM etc.
