    Otis is looking for a motivated Sales Support Associate to help with the daily operations of the Sales Center of Expertise (COE) and assist the service sales team and mechanics at local branches. This is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and gain product and industry knowledge.

    What you'll do:

    • Generate proposals for mechanics, sales reps, supervisors, and customers
    • Ensure accuracy of the sales system (CRM)
    • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes
    • Train new employees on the Service Sales Associate program
    • Handle customer inquiries promptly
    • This position is fully remote

    You should have:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Great customer service and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • CRM experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of Otis proposals and the elevator industry is preferred

    Education / Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

      Otis is seeking a bilingual Sales Support Agent to join the team. This role involves supporting sales representatives and mechanics in daily operations.

      Responsibilities:

      • Create and send proposals to clients
      • Maintain CRM data accuracy
      • Update documents and processes
      • Assist new employees with training
      • Address customer inquiries promptly
      • Support ad-hoc requests and projects

      Experience / Skills:

      • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
      • Fluency in English and French
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Strong customer service and organizational skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
      • CRM experience
      • Knowledge of Otis proposals and elevator industry preferred

      Education:

    • Bachelor's degree

      • This is a fully remote position with no travel required.
