**Project Coordinator/Estimator

Emergency Response Team**Century West Disaster Restoration Ltd. offers fullservice insurance restoration contracting, 24/7 emergency response and renovations services. We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual seeking a role in a fastpaced growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the general operations through the development of project schedules, budgets, client interactions, communications, material, subtrades, change orders and all other administration related to a successful project completion.
Arrange for all services related to insurance claims including garbage bins, content storage containers and hazardous material testing.
Write and submit site inspection reports.
Scope tear outs.
Prepare cost estimates using Xactimate.
Utilize the information from drying logs to calculate amounts to be invoiced.
Coordinate projects to ensure executed on time and budget, and delivered economically, efficiently, and effectively, all within compliance of the required standard and specifications of the client and the insurer.
Liaise with clients, brokers, adjusters, and insurance providers to ensure that Century West is delivering a quality product within a given timeline at a high level of service.
Work closely with project managers, management, clients, safety, and employees to ensure daily activities are carried out safely.
Ability to multitask within a fastpaced environment and is open to constant changes.
Prepare sales invoices, create purchase orders, collect receivables, and approve supplier invoices for payment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of related senior administration and/or project coordination experience, ideally in a construction environment. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
Previous experience on emergency response and tear out estimation is preferred.
Experience in Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection and Symbility is required. Proficiency in MS Office Work and Excel.
Outstanding communication, relationship building and conflict resolution capabilities.
Valid Driver's License.
