responsibilities:


FUNCTION :
The accounting technician takes care of several accounting activities in collaboration with the accounting team.

  • Verification, codification, entry and payment of invoices
  • Invoicing and recording of payments received
  • Monitoring of customer accounts
  • Production of administrative documents: management reports, statistics, financial or accounting, etc.
  • Participation in the monthend process and the production of financial statements
  • Carry out the bookkeeping of the company
  • Classify and archive documents
  • Perform other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AEC, DEP or DEC in accounting
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
  • Knowledge of the Advantages Software, an asset
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
