Junior Analyst to join
our growing accounting and finance team.


Job Summary:

property and hotel accounting departments on a range of initiatives, including financial reporting, internal
controls management and coordination with the building operations team. The Junior Analyst must be
able to prioritize, coordinate, and organize business tasks. They will have a positive, professional approach
in planning, scheduling, communicating, and organizing the activities of the position. We look forward to


Job Accountabilities:


  • Prepare timely and accurate journal entries as required in completing the daytoday accounting
and financial month-end close process;

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and provide actual vs. budget variance analysis for select
business entities;

  • Prepare account and bank reconciliations;
  • Assist with calculating and processing tenant charges;
  • Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports and investigate issues related to such;
  • Assist with the input of vendor invoices for both the property accounting and hotel accounting
teams, where needed;

  • Identify and coordinate a response to vendor invoice discrepancies with possible solutions in a
timely manner;

  • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and calculations;
  • Assist property accounting and hotel accounting teams with other duties, as required; and
  • Operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity on all files.

Job Qualifications and Experience:


  • University degree or accredited certificate with focus in accounting
  • Other applicable education will be considered
  • 12 years full cycle accounting experience
  • Advanced skill in Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Personable, pleasant demeanor
