- Fit and install trim items, like doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences
- Perform general maintenance and painting tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, and carpentry
- Handle refinishing of floors, including using sanding equipment
- Complete any other necessary duties
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
- Demonstrated skills and experience in maintenance
- Previous experience in renovations is an added advantage
- Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC systems is beneficial
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
