They are actively looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for their team in Saint John, NB. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a growing organization. What you will do:

Fit and install trim items, like doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
Maintain, repair, and renovate residences
Perform general maintenance and painting tasks
Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, and carpentry
Handle refinishing of floors, including using sanding equipment
Complete any other necessary duties

What you will bring:

3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
Demonstrated skills and experience in maintenance
Previous experience in renovations is an added advantage
Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC systems is beneficial
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
