Description
As a Support technician you will be responsible for:
- Providing support for all of our client's IT related activities
- Providing onsite and remote access support via helpdesk
- Monitoring servers and network environments
- Troubleshoot a variety of network infrastructures
- Performing maintenance tasks on servers and workstations
- Upgrades and deployments of the latest infrastructure technologies
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- A minimum of two years practical experience
- Experience/Exposure with Active Directory administration
- Experience/Exposure with Exchange Server administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Service industry experience an asset
Salary:
$32,500.00-$35,000.00 per year
