    Primary Purpose:

    The primary purpose of the instructor position is to plan, organize, and deliver curricula to international students in an instructor-led environment. The International Business Law Instructor will be responsible for teaching and facilitating courses to classes of international students in the Global Business Management Post-Graduate Certificate Program. The instructor will evaluate student performance relating to the curricula using a variety of assessments. The instructor will assist with activities to support student success, including student internship and job placement, industry liaison, and administrative functions were required.

    The instructor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

    What you bring to the position:

  • A university degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Lawyer or Law Clerk is required, ideally with experience in corporate and international law.
  • Lawyers must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • A master's degree is considered an asset.
  • A degree or diploma in adult education is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
  • Teaching experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of D2L Brightspace or another Learning Management System is considered an asset.
