The Collections Agent will perform to the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

Maintain the filing system with both electronic and paper copy documents.
Prepare loan documents.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Conduct collection calls on pastdue payments.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Keep track and follow up on borrower insurance policies.
Provide other secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
Collaborate and engage with other members of the team.
Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Twofive years of relevant work experience in a collections position.
Experience with Autopal is considered an asset.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to be data driven when it comes to decisionmaking.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Bilingual in English/French is essential.
