    Description


    Our Public Sector client is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Director, Supply Chain to join their growing team This is a hybrid opportunity (3x/week) in Downtown Toronto.

    This role leads HR's partnership with Supply Chain & Wholesale, leads a team of Business Partners, and is considered a key contributor to the following areas:
    workforce planning, talent management, change management, organizational design, and labour/employee relations

    Workforce Planning:
    Utilizes data to forecast talent needs. Collaborates on organization-wide planning strategy. Develops OD strategies to promote culture shift and client performance.

    Advises on change strategies and promotes HR Operating Model

    # People Leadership:

    Inspires high performance through clear direction and objectives. Education in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field. 8+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience within a Supply Chain & Wholesale environment.
