Responsibilities:

Support Direct purchase (ABC) and Open Bill Program

- (OBA) Third Party Vendors and Suppliers

Conduct analyses and prepare reports as required with regards to ABC/OBA Customers.
Perform/prepare adhoc analysis, studies, surveys, and reports to support the ABC/OBA Remittances, moth end reporting.
Validate monthly client remittances and remittance statements and ensure required approvals are acquired.
Monitor group mailbox and respond to customer inquiries.
Submit change requests from Gas Vendors/Customers to their payment accounts

Qualifications:

Post secondary education in Finance/Accounting or related discipline with 35 years business experience.
Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. EXCEL
Intermediate proficiency, WORD, and PowerPoint
Results oriented individual with the ability to investigate, analyze and resolve tasks, problems, issues in an efficient and effective manner
Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build cooperative internal and external working relationships.

NICE TO HAVE:

Familiar with Oracle 12, SAP
