- Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions by providing client care in person (in private schools)
- Lead patients through individualized care plans, accurately assessing, communicating and providing treatment to facilitate goal attainment for the client
- Liaise with referral sources and funders to build relationships and ensure clients' needs are met
- Leverage our digital health platforms to support documentation, collaboration, and intervention
- Contribute to the team through collaboration, demonstrating passion for the work you do and using good judgement and integrity in decision making
- Provide ongoing evaluation of patient progress

If you're an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. As a part time Speech Language Pathologist you will be part of the Home Health School-Based Services team serving communities in the Durham region such as Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and Bowmanville. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates.
