Job Summary:
Statement of Qualifications:
Education:
Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience
Assets:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Agile training or certification
Experience:
Experience in the management of information technology projects and of their implementation
Experience leading multi-disciplinary information technology project teams
Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum Master capacity
Knowledge:
Knowledge of project management best practices
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Competencies:
Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Support the continuous growth of an Agile Team
