Construction Crew Lead Hand Job Duties to include:

Works under the direction of the Foreman assisting with any job related tasks
Works toward building and maintaining a high level of quality
Operate various tools and equipment such as stone saws, jackhammer, shovels, drills, skid steer, excavator, etc
Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required to complete job
Install walkways, interlock, fences, decks, patios etc
Preparing the jobsite prior to the beginning of a project
Mix, pour and spread concrete
Conduct daily inspections on tools and equipment
Making sure site is kept clean
Comply with all company policies and regulations
Work in accordance with all health and safety laws and regulations

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the Landscape construction
A positive attitude
Valid G license and clean driving records
Effective communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Able to operate required equipment and tools such as skid steers and excavators
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various projects
