This is a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our Barrie office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As an
Experienced Collections Professional, you will be:

Making contact with consumers via telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts.
Completing initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
Verifying consumer information.
Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement.
Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

You have at least
12 years of experience working in collections
Experience in thirdparty collections is desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
You have strong interpersonal skills.
You thrive in a high paced work environment.
You are highly organized.
You are always professional.
You are driven to exceed personal and team targets
