Administrator - Transportation and Fleet (FT)


Location: 8470 Keele St (Keele and Langstaff)


Shift: 8:30 am to 5 pm

We are Public Transit accessible CMI's brand new facility is located at Keele and Bowes Road in Concord.

A 20-minute bus ride from TTC Pioneer Village Subway Station in North York and a 10-15-minute bus ride from Rutherford GO Station in Vaughan.

Job Summary:

As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our team. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Administrator. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities within the Transportation and Fleet department.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and maintain timekeeping system
  • Data entry into different company systems
  • Assist and maintain supplies
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Backup for customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • High School Graduate
  • Postsecondary education in an administration or business program is an asset
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
