- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints
- Assist with the administration of tracking program and liaise with other departments to resolve any concerns
- Manage inventory and purchase consumables for company when required
- Support planned and unplanned absences in Customer Service
- Data entry and reporting
- Sort and distribute drivers paperwork
- Filing and distribute mail
- Perform other related duties as assignedWhat will make you a valued member of our team?
- High School Graduate
- Post-secondary education in an administration or business program is an asset
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
- Customer service oriented, possess tact and judgement in dealing with difficult and demanding customers
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be able to respond to tight deadlines during regular and peak periods and to last-minute demands and requirements
- Organized, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with little supervision
